CKEC’s annual professional learning and networking conference designed specifically for educators across the Bluegrass region. It brings educators, school leaders, and education-focused partners together for an energizing day of learning, collaboration, innovation, and connection. EDUCON features engaging keynote speakers, practical breakout sessions, emerging educational trends and technology, career and future-focused opportunities, and systemic school supports.

What makes EDUCON different is that it isn't simply a traditional professional development conference. It is designed to create an experience where educators can step outside their everyday roles, discover new ideas, connect across districts, celebrate education, and leave with practical inspiration they can take back to their schools.
