What is the date of the event?

July 19-20, 2027

When do doors open? What time does it start?

Doors will open at 7:45 am and sessions begin each day at 8:30 am EST

Parking arrangements?

Convenient parking spaces are available within a 10-minute walk of Central Bank Center, including 1,800 spaces on-site. Paid parking in the High Street lot is a flat rate of $12 plus tax.

Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment for paid parking. Acceptable forms of payment include all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa) and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay).

 

Accessible Parking

Designated accessible parking is available in the Central Bank Center's High Street lot. A valid state-issued handicap accessible placard or license plate is required. All disability parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.

​​Are there any organized shuttles?

No, there will not be any organized shuttles for the event.  

​What should I bring/not bring? 

Umbrella and water bottle is recommended. Don’t forget your positive attitude and learning mindset!

Will recordings, summaries, or notes be available after the session?

Unfortunately no recordings will be available; however, each breakout session speaker has the ability to share their slides and notes.

​Are food & beverages provided?

No outside food & beverage allowed. 

Complimentary light breakfast both days and a buffet lunch on July 19.

​Can I transfer my ticket/registration?

Substitutions are encouraged to replace those individuals who are registered but unable to attend at the last minute. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant.

*Written substitution is required to protect both participants and staff from the uncertainty and misunderstandings that may occur because of cancellations made by phone during a hectic work period. Please submit all requests to heather.brown@ckec.org

What is the dress code?

Comfortable, casual attire is recommended. 

 

Can my spouses and children attend too?

At CKEC, we love kids and families! Unfortunately, due to liability issues, children, family members, or friends are not permitted to attend the conference.
