CKEC issues Requests for Proposals (RFPs) periodically for vendors interested in submitting bids for products and services for CKEC member districts. Vendors interested in receiving notification of upcoming RFPs may be included in an emailed notification list.

Pursuant to the declared state of emergency, Coronavirus Guidelines of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control; the 03/26/2020 Meeting Protocols for Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) issued by the Kentucky Finance and Administration Cabinet; and KRS 61.810(1)(k), and KY OAG 20-05, this meeting will be held by video teleconference without a primary location and can be accessed by the public at:    See attached notification.

CKEC has issued RFP for Dairy, Bakery, Ice Cream, Pizza and Pulled BBQ for the School Nutrition Programs.

All sealed bid documents must be submitted prior to 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 13, 2020 with the bid opening on May 14, 2020.
