G-Suite: Unlocking the Power of Google Apps to Power Up Your Program- No Fee for Member Districts, $35 for Non Member Districts
Do you want to use technology but aren’t really sure where to start? Specific ways that school staff, including guidance counselors, can utilize Google Drive, Docs, Forms, Sheets, and Classroom to enhance data collection, delivery of services, accountability, and advocacy will be shared. Participants will learn -a basic overview of key G Suite (formerly GAFE) products and their benefits; a variety of ways in which they can use the products in their specific buildings and manifest their ideas; -how to design, edit, and navigate their own Docs, Forms, Classrooms, and Sheets with step-by-step tutorials; -how to educate peers and stakeholders to increase team productivity through efficient collaboration and; -the significance of collaboration with district tech teams and how to maintain those connections. Participants should bring a laptop or a Chromebook to this session.
