  • Target Audience: Any school staff working with middle school and high school students on alternate K-PREP
  • Description: This session will empower you to create engaging activities that focus on creating a print rich environment for students with moderate to severe disabilities using the secondary book,  The Book Thief.   Participants will develop activities to support collaboration between teachers, SLP, OT, PT, TVI, and/or Teachers of D/HH. The activities will be appropriate for all students regardless of the disability or communication level. Many of the activities will focus on the Alternate K-PREP standards.  Participants should bring a container or back pack to store the products created in the training.  PLEASE READ THE BOOK PRIOR TO THE SESSION
