2/8/2022 High-Leverage Practices Session 3: Assessment
3 hours PD/EILA credit
This will be a 3-hour virtual session.
The high-leverage practices in special education are divided into four components: collaboration, social/emotional/behavioral, assessment, and instruction.
This session will focus on the three HLP’s for Assessment practices. A foundational role for both general education and special education teachers is the ability to identify both strengths and needs of individual students. Strategies will be shared to identify multiple sources of information, interpreting and communicating assessment data, and using data to analyze instructional practices.
